If you are new to yoga you must have a lot of questions. For your convenience, we have gathered the most frequently asked questions about our studio and the yoga experience.
We are happy to offer both. We have a heated room upstairs in our upstairs area and a non-heated room in our downstairs area.
We have the top of the line Far-Infrared heaters. Far-Infrared heat is the most therapeutic heat for the body.
Infrared heat helps to increase flexibility, increase circulation, detoxify the body, improve weight loss, relieve pain.
Level 1: Gentle, All Levels Yin, All Levels Restorative, & All levels Stretch.
These are all perfect starting places.
Level 2: Basics
Here you will build confidence, strength, and endurance in all of the basic postures.
Students must be able to push up to a Down Dog posture.
Chair Yoga: Gives the opportunity to do yoga without getting onto the floor.
Senior Yoga: This class includes standing, seated & reclined exercises with very little pressure onto the knees or wrists.

If you have a mat at home, feel free to bring your own. You can also bring a yoga blanket, blocks, and yoga strap.
If you don’t have any of these items don’t worry. We have community mats and props available at no charge.
No, not at all. Many people come to yoga to find more flexibility.
Not at all. We will walk you through all the yoga poses. Many teachers will use the English and Sanskrit names.
